As part of Mental Health Week, parents and youth ages 10-18 gathered for an event at the Belleville Public library. Randell Adjei, Ontario's First Poet Laureate gave the keynote address. Randell inspired with spoken word and reflections on mental health, resilience, and how we support young people through their struggles.
