Student in front of Science Fair projectMassassaga-Rednersville Public School hosted a Science Fair on March 20, 2024. The event featured a variety of projects, from turning light into sound, to studying the impact of light therapy lamps on plants compared to natural sunlight.

Thirteen students presented a total of nine projects. They engaged in research, conducted experiments, and expanded their thinking by exploring the practical applications of their findings. What's even more exciting is that all participating students have qualified for the Quinte Regional Science and Technology Fair, which will be held at Centennial Secondary School on April 6, 2024.

A special thank you goes to the organizers of the Science Fair, teachers Susie Charles and Andrea Nielsen, for their efforts in guiding and inspiring the students throughout the process. As the students gear up for the regional fair, they are eager to represent their school and showcase their innovative ideas.
